"What have you done for me lately?" Your soul, your spirit is asking you this question. It's an important question, and you need to have an answer every time your soul brings it up because there will be no peace in your life until you do. The human spirit, the soul of the universe is always in need of one more reason to try again, or fight again, or live again, or love again. And this is why you must re-dedicate yourself to your visions and your dreams. Behind your visions you'll find the ancestors; behind your visions you'll find more peace; behind your visions you'll find the answers you are looking for.

What spiritual books are you reading these days? What spiritual book has had the greatest impact on you this year? Or in the past 2 years?

You might not know your ancestors BUT rest assured they know YOU. Their wisdom can guide you from where you are to where Spirit wants you to be. Call on them, listen to them, feel them gathering all around you. Why do you insist on doing everything on your own when a sea of spiritual support is available 24/7 around you?

Stand up for yourself! Only you can determine what is right for you or who is right for you or when the time is right for you. You're way more powerful than you realize and you can have way more influence in our world than you realize. Tell yourself that your days of putting yourself down or selling yourself short are over. Command more respect. It all begins by giving yourself more respect.

If you have a daily or weekly spiritual practice, what do you normally do? Do you feel like something is missing or do you feel off- balance without your spiritual practice?



Your soul needs a good challenge, a good fight, or a worthy opponent. This is how you grow. Remember this as you reflect on your challenges. Instead of focusing on your frustrations, try to focus on the spiritual lessons that you're learning from your challenges. The lesson might be courage, or self-love, or forgiveness. Sometimes the lesson is drastic - that it's time to cut some folks loose and move on with your life.

ネイティブハワイアンの持つ自然への深い敬意と愛を読みふけった日々　そして実際に訪れたカウアイ島で心の奥底に入ってきた深い教え　言葉ではなかった

星野さんの本を読み、北山さんの本を読み、イヌイットの方々とアイヌの方々の共通性を感じた日々　カナダにてトーテム・ポールの本を読む

その後　オーストラリアに住み　アボリジニの居住地に入ったとき　すべては繋がっていることを一瞬で教えられた

そしてアフリカに４年間　住み　学び繋がったこれまでの上に　また

かなこさんが導いてくれた、カナダの先住民族クリー族の方々とのご縁

場所や国や民族の名前を超えて

すべての先住民族に共通していることがあって

それが　わたしの　ずっと探し続けていたものだった

そしてそれはこれからもずっと　変わらない

一つ一つの行動が　わたしたちの祈りであること

を毎日感じて

心から　まわりにいる命のすべてに　深いありがとう　を込めて。

Message from Ifa New Moon 24th SEP 2014

You are not alone and you'll never be alone. You are being led and inspired and protected by expert guides in the spirit world that have your best interest at heart. The sooner this truth sinks into every fiber of your being, the better off you'll be. You'll walk this earth with more boldness, more optimism, more joy! Be still, be grateful, be observant as your guides gather around you. No force in the universe can stop a determined, dedicated soul.


Your heart always knows, BUT your head always doubts!" I heard that expression about two years ago and I've never forgotten it. I believe it's true. Your heart knows way more than you know. It's a powerful guidance system - a reliable oracle once you learn to trust it. You don't need to know all the answers. Trust that your heart can lead you to the right place - the right people. Be still! Just listen! Your heart has just answered the question that you were about to ask.


"I stay open to all things," says Cuban jazz composer, Omar Sosa. "In a state of total availability. Everything impregnates me and the music passes through me like a Santeria trance." I once asked Sosa how he's ability to hear the spiritual dimension so clearly amidst the clatter of daily life. "It's simple," he said. "I listen."

"Ona jinna" means the "road is long" in the Yoruba language. Well the road IS long. What road? The road to being your best self; the road to reaching your full potential; the road to achieving what you've been sent here to achieve. Therefore, you must be patient and you must have a long term approach. Be full dedicated to your calling. Do what it takes for as long as it takes. The road to your highest self is always worth the fight.

Miracles are not that rare! The truth is that miracles occur in your life way more often than you realize. The key is awareness! The key is gratitude. The key is giving thanks. You will never notice the miracles unless you have a heart of gratitude. You'll never appreciate miracles until you learn to be happy with what you have and who you have in this life. A words of thanks to those in Spirit who keep sending you all kinds of miracles with the hope that one day you'll wake up and notice them.

誰にでも、人生の中で

様々な変化の時期を体験したり、

否応なく変わらずには

いられないときはあると思います。

私の周りやクライアントさんにも、

このようなターニングポイントの

真っ只中にいらっしゃる方が多いです！

いま、人生のターニングポイントにたち

大きな変化を迎えているけれど、

受け入れることが出来ず、

思うように前に進めない・・・

実際に状況が変化して

現実的に変化しているけれど、

うまく適応できず、

心がついていかない・・・

新たな一歩を踏み出したい！！

と望んでいるのに、

これまでの習慣や周囲の環境や

人間関係に縛られてしまい、

自由に生きられないと感じている・・・

こうした人生の重要な

ターニングポイントや大きな変化のときに、

他人の言葉や態度、場所や雰囲気など

周囲の影響を不必要に受けてしまうと、

どんどん自分の正直な心の声から遠ざかってしまい、

自分の心の中心軸を保てず

考えや感情が不安定になりやすかったり、

自分らしい行動や意思決定ができなくなります。

過去の体験や古いしがらみを手放し、

古いモノや人間関係、過去のパターンを

断ち切ることが出来ないとき、

新たなステージやはじまりへ

自由に飛び込むことができなくなります。

そして、潜在意識のレベルで、

こういった変化に適応するスイッチが作動すると、

とても眠たくなったり、体調を崩したり、

物が壊れたり無くなったり・・

人間関係がうまくいかなくなったり、

関係性が変化したり

誰にも会いたくなくなったり、

無気力に襲われたりします・・！

人生における “ 変化 “ のとき。

周囲や過去に惑わされることなく、

「自分らしさ」や

「自分の心にとって大事なこと」を大切にして

自分の心の声に従って

「自由」に行動することを許し、

人生における夢や志に向かって

揺るがない強さとともに進むために・・

新たなステージへ

“ 変容 “ のときを清らかに守り抜き、

確信と喜びに満ちて

Misunderstanding * Slave of Emotion * － 誤解 感情の奴隷 ー

今日は　久しぶりに書きたくなった。

今朝　波の音を聞きながら　ふと考えていた

なぜ　人は誤解をして　心のドアをすぐに閉めるのだろう？

何も確かめずに？

誤解のもとってなんだろう？

感情とリアクション　だな、と直感

「アクション　と　リアクション　は違う」

と教えてくれた　マスターがいる

それを思い出していた

つまり　あなたのそれは　

「行動　なのか　反応　なのか」ということ

人は人の言葉や行動に反応しやすい生き物

それはもちろん　感情があるから

しかし　「感情自体は美しい」もの

ただし　あなたが　感情の奴隷なのか　主なのか　の違いは

あなたの人生に雲泥の差を　おとす

なぜなら　心のドアを閉めた　あなた自身が

一番　命の奇跡の瞬間を　逃しているからだ

人に誤解されたときは　とても悲しいと　思う

たとえば　自分が言った言葉には　そのような意味はなかったのだけれど

相手は　違うように捉えて　過激に反応して　ドアを完全に閉めた場合

そこには　もう　コミュニケーションは　ない

であれば、真実を知る機会はお互いに　ない

であれば、そこには　感情の奴隷となった人間と　誤解と　争い　だけが残る

なんて　わたしたち人間は　命の無駄使いをしていることだろう

　

感情の奴隷　は　容易になれる　みんななれる

そして簡単に　見えない銃を　手に入れる

目にはみえないけど　その人は持っている

いつも　持っている　見えない銃を

そして人に　突きつけている

「わたしは、俺は、信じないんだ！」

って

だからね

そういう人に出逢ったときは

自分も同じように　反応してしまいがちだけど

深呼吸をして　自分の魂とよーく話すんだ

見えない銃を突きつけられたらね

自分がこんな思いをしたよね

こんな悲しい思いをしたよね

だったら、自分はせめて　それをまた誰かに対して繰り返さないことだ

そして　銃を突き付けてきた人のために　祈ろう

本当の強さって　許すことだよ　

コンクリートに咲く　一輪の薔薇　みたいに

あなたが あなた自身を 疑うときには

- when you doubt yourself - 

Make no mistake! You are being guided spiritually whether you are aware of it or not. You are dealing with a Higher Power - a Higher Intelligence. All you have to do is follow the inspiration that comes to you, and you'll be guided correctly. Stop resisting. Stop doubting. And stop wasting time. The ancestors have incredible things to show you, teach you and give you! 

You have a soul! Trust it! When in doubt, listen to your soul. The outside world DOES NOT need to validate what your soul says, feels and knows!

i sent this message ... i just remember

あなたが　大変なときに

わたしはこんなメッセージを送っていたことを思い出す　もう数年前・・

’The nature always teach me that there is light in the dark always, and there is dark in the light, always. 

so we live in that balance all the time, so we just appreciate what we have now, and what we got in the past. That is all.　’

「自然は　わたしに教えてくれたよ

　闇の中に必ず光があること　

　そして光の中に必ず闇があること

　わたしたちは　　そんなバランスの世界に生きている

　だから、ただわたしたちに与えられた過去に学び　　　今あるものにアリガトウと言おう
