Yesと言ったからには　その道をいくと魂は決めている　おそれはない
When you say YES to Ifa, or when you say YES to the ancestors, or when you say YES to Spirit - you are NOT saying yes to a picnic. You are saying yes to a journey, yes to be challenged, yes to be tested. It is not supposed to be easy. There is no easy path for the evolution of your soul. Your Spirit has no fear of any challenge that your mind runs away from.

魂の訓練はいつもされるように計算済み
Just like your body needs a good work out, your spirit needs a good work out too. If you think what you're going through is a mistake, it's not. It's a spiritual workout for the growth of your soul and it calls for courage, endurance and faith. Do not ask how to avoid the workout; ask for the wisdom to face your challenges head-on, and the insight to learn the life lessons that are surely coming your way.

Be grateful for where you are. Be careful for what you ask for. If things go exactly the way you want them to go all the time, you will end up at the wrong destination, or you might succeed at the wrong things. Your ancestors know best. Trust that you are being guided in the right way and that things will unfold for you in a sacred way - in sacred timing.

Take one day at a time! That is the secret to healthy living! Stop stressing about what might happen next week, next month, next year! Focus on now; the blessings you have now; the actions you can take now; the small things you should be grateful for now. Your ancestors will come to your assistance tomorrow; give thanks for the guidance you received from them today.
