The world of the ancestors is composed of energy as well and this world is much closer to you than you think. The only reason why it's difficult to perceive the Spirit world is because it vibrates much faster than our own.
To become better at perceiving their world and/or receiving their messages you must work constantly at raising your vibration. On the other hand, spirits must work at slowing down their vibration if they wish to communicate with us.
How do you raise your vibration? By constant practice. Through meditation, prayer or any consistent, daily spiritual practice that enables your mind to slow down and relax. The more relaxed you are, the easier it becomes to be used as a vessel for spirit, or to at least become better at detecting the subtle messages that your loved ones in spirit are trying to send you.
This can never happen if you refuse to pay attention...
Take time out of your hectic schedule for spiritual development today. Set time aside for spiritual development every single day.
