Listen carefully! You cannot solve everyone's problems and you must not allow the issues of everyone to become your issues. Stress kills - it's as simple as that. You must decide whether you're going to live or whether you're going to die. You will die if you allow everything and/or everyone to stress you out. Choose to live! Lighten your burden. Let some things go. The choice is yours.
